To ensure that your package is delivered properly and within the time frames we advertise, make sure that your address is correct and includes all relevant and required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS however, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Orders shipping to Military Base Post Offices, and US Territories may experience delays. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time. For international shipments, the customer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods and shipment costs.
Does Biker Elements offer free shipping of products ordered from the online website?
Sorry not at this time. Shipping rates with customer's options for shipping will apply to all purchases from the online website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We try our best to ship out all orders by the next business day. On average most domestic orders take 3 - 7 business days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday's after 12:00 p.m. may not ship until the following Monday. What shipping methods do you use?
We use UPS and USPS. On average most domestic orders take 3 - 7 business days for delivery. Tracking of your package is available.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount is $9.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders sent internationally via UPS usually take an extra 3 - 10 days for delivery (additional to the normal 3 - 7 days domestic shipping). We are not responsible for duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges incurred during shipment. All orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and all international orders will have shipping totals determined by your location.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Need to return or exchange an item? Call 1+(507) 676-3063 and speak with a representative to begin our process of a product return. Customers will be required to cover the cost of their return shipping labels back to us, then back to you again with an exchanged product. We never charge re-stocking fees.
Returns are in-store credit or an exchange of your purchased product for another product only (there are no cash refunds on returned products). You can get in-store credit or an exchange of your product, on most products if it is received by us within 15-days of your original purchase. Final Sale products and No Return products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and certain other products may also not be returnable. Please check the product descriptions area for Final Sale and No Return products that are not allowed to be returned or exchanged, these products will have a notice in bold red text announcing that they are non-returnable.
Due to concerns about hygiene and the safety of our customers and employees, we will not be accepting any returns for face masks, bandannas, or head wear, except in the case of manufacturer defect. Items like undergarments are never allowed to be returned or exchanged. Boy Shorts and Boxers cannot be returned or exchanged.
All products including helmets and apparel must be returned in new condition.
Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike and do no remove the protective film visor to try on for fitment.
Any item returned with the smell of Febreze or fragrance, body odors, cologne/perfume, and / or cigarette smell will not be accepted as a legitimate product return. Items returned with pet hairs, mud on the soles, hairs of any kind will not be accepted as a legitimate product return.
Due to high shipping costs, taxes and import fees, all International Sales are final. Our Return and Exchange policy does not apply to International Orders. We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the USA.
You must call a Biker Elements representative at 1+(507) 676-3063 to discuss our product return procedures prior to returning any products or items. Please return the purchased item(s) in its original new condition, as received with all the packaging, hand tags, and manuals if applicable, so that we receive the item(s) within 15-days of your original purchase date. Most in-store credits and exchanges are processed the same business day of receipt of your product(s). Again, customers will be required to cover the cost of their return shipping labels back to us, then back to you again with an exchanged product.
Contact us immediately at 1+(507) 676-3063 if you have received a product that is the wrong item or damaged and defective. Photos are required to be sent to our email contact@bikerelements.com before we will start the return and exchange process of wrong or damaged and defective products.
